Open Rooms is another of the new concepts launched to bring 21st century culture to the streets: The Santa Quiteria Open Museum and the Urban Garden, both in the Santa Eulalia neighborhood, are two examples of this new, open proposal to facilitate the participation of young artists who want to showcase their work to the public in municipal spaces.
